This website is operated by HOA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal address at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY, United States. Iron Raven Labs is a trade name of HOA LLC. Products are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or an authorized purchaser for a research institution, to use this site and place orders. We may request evidence of eligibility at any time.

03Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only, as described in our RUO Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Products are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements.

04No medical advice

Nothing on this website or in any communication from us is medical, health, or veterinary advice. We do not answer questions about human or animal use, dosing, or application.

05Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use or permit the use of any product in or on humans or animals; resell, repackage, or relabel products for human or animal use; misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, or intended use; export products outside the United States; or use this website for any unlawful purpose. Breach of this section results in cancellation of orders and closure of your account.

06Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment details. Orders with false or incomplete information may be canceled.

07Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when payment has been verified and the order has been approved. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that fail verification or appear inconsistent with research use.

08Kits

Products are sold by the kit; one kit contains 10 vials. There is no maximum order quantity. We may decline or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with research use.

09Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars per kit and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time the order is placed applies. Shipping is $15 per package of up to 10 kits and is calculated at checkout. Typographical pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders canceled.

10Payment

We currently accept cryptocurrency (ETH, USDC, or USDT on the Ethereum network only), Venmo, and Cash App. We may add or remove payment methods at any time; the methods shown at checkout are the ones available for your order. We do not process card payments on this site. You must send the exact order total and upload a screenshot of your payment at checkout, together with any reference requested (crypto Transaction ID, Venmo username, or Cash App $Cashtag). Every submitted order is placed on hold and reviewed by a representative, who verifies the payment before the order is approved.

You are responsible for all network (gas), exchange, and app fees. If we receive less than the order total, the order will not be completed until the difference is paid. Crypto sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be recovered and is not our responsibility.

11Payment notes

Crypto payments carry no note. For Venmo and Cash App, the note must contain your order number only. Payments that include any other note, description, or product name will be refunded and the purchaser may be blocked from future purchases.

12Third-party payment services

Venmo and Cash App are operated by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms. We are not responsible for holds, limits, reversals, or account actions taken by a payment service.

13Verification and fraud prevention

We may request additional information to verify identity, eligibility, or payment before approving an order, and may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

14Taxes

You are responsible for any sales, use, or other taxes that apply to your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect them.

15Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to US addresses only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See the Shipping Policy for details.

16Refunds and discrepancies

Claims are governed by the Refund & Discrepancy Policy.

17Product information and COAs

Specifications are provided by reference to the Certificate of Analysis for each compound. COAs are provided for identification and quality reference only. We make no representation regarding fitness for any particular research application.

18Compliance with laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, and use of products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional requirements. If a product is restricted where you are located, do not order it; we may cancel orders to restricted locations.

19Export

Products are sold for use within the United States only and may not be exported or shipped outside the United States.

20Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that research materials must be handled by trained personnel using appropriate safety procedures. You assume all risk arising from the handling, storage, use, and disposal of products after delivery.

21Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and data, is owned by or licensed to HOA LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

22Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

23Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of products.

24Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOA LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your purchase, handling, use, or misuse of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

25Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural events, labor disputes, or government action.

26Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

27Dispute resolution and arbitration

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact support@ironravenlabs.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or remotely. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

You and HOA LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

28Termination

We may suspend or close any account, and refuse any order, at any time if we believe these Terms or the RUO Policy have been breached.

29Electronic communications

By placing an order, you agree to receive order, payment, and shipping communications by email. Electronic acknowledgments at checkout have the same effect as a signature.

30Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website and your orders.

31Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
